How do I use the Arborist's Chest

I found the Bee Chest, and the Tree Chest while looking for storage options. (Fairly new to AG.)

 

I built the Arborist's Chest, but cannot figure out how to get anything INTO it. I've read the Wiki for all the Forestry Chests, and it appears I should Shift+Right Click things in -- but that doesn't work.

 

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

What are you trying to put into it? I assume the Arborist's Chest would only accept Forestry Saplings (those with genetic traits) and nothing else, not even saplings from other mods (and possibly not even vanilla saplings).
