Yeah but not all blocks update if you look at them, right?

The only blocks that I know of which are dependent on the player looking at them are the Observer-Dependent Blocks from QCraft.

Shouldn't the trees drop their fruits if I just plant them manually? I have not made any farm because there's no point in it, because I have no steady supply of power. Thats why I need the trees to drop their fruits.

It is my understanding that the trees will need to flower first, wait until the leaves somehow change colors.

Ok guys, thank you so much for your help. I finally managed to find out what was missing. Heard what Celestial Oblivion said and waited some hours for the fruits (IRL time) And finally I got the fruits. I can now happily play Feed The Beast :D
